Burnout is a real thing.  And with depression, anxiety, and stress statics trending high among entrepreneurs, we all run the risk burnout of we’re not careful. 

It’s important then to make sure you’re checking in regularly with your own well- being. 

Some things I do are:
- get plenty of sleep
- proper nutrition for your body and for your mind
- switch off; when your work is done for the day, let it be done
