Everyone is thinking it and no one is talking about it. How are we prepared for entering the work force, a culture of which we had not participated or had any experience? How are new graduates or those entering the workforce for the first time supposed to know the ins and outs? By experience right? Yes, but until they don't know and we assume they know.
