Christina Smith has been a licensed mental heath therapist for almost 20 years. Christina considers it an honor to do the work of journeying through past and present pain with clients seeking to heal from trauma, loss, depression, and anxiety. Christina has experienced her own journey of loss and struggle. Her desire is that through her vulnerability, others will find hope for healing and will know they they are not alone. Christina is actively involved in her church community, volunteers regularly at her sons' schools, and works to increase community connections throughout her neighborhood. Christina has been married to her husband, David, for 20 years. He also happens to be a therapist. They love taking walks, talking about life, and dreaming together.
