Giselle is in her late 20s and grew up in an environment where religion and church were always in the background. 
She also grew up in a very unstable immigrant family environment. Her story is also her family’s story; the story of family interactions which ended up impacting every single aspect of her adult years - including her goals, dreams, relationships and overall life.
