Background
Don was married twice before Adela, with four children—Venetia from his first marriage and three from his second. He had little contact with them for over 40 years.

Phil Everly – Don’s younger brother
Key Dates
1997 – Don married Adela (no children).
2011 – Don executed his will and trust, naming Adela as executor, trustee, and sole beneficiary. If she predeceased him, all would go to Adelaida, then to charity.
2014 – Phil passed away.
2017 – Codicil added: ½ estate to Adelaida; intellectual property could be transferred to beneficiaries’ devisees.
2020 – Don transferred his house and music royalties to Adelaida.
2021 – Don passed away.
