They That Thirst is speaking of those who hunger and thirst for righteousness. In this hour there must be a hunger and thirst for God. We must seek him first and have an intimate relationship with him.

Those that have the hunger and that thirst for righteousness will be rewarded fr their obedience to God. They will not lack in any area of their lives.
