In the last couple of weeks, two people who've inspired me through my military career passed away and I took some time to reflect on what they meant to me as a leader, and mentor to me. 

The funny thing is they didn’t even realize they were a mentor to me and I wanted to explain that in today's Choose your path podcast chat…….
