Cedric Norris Jr is a great friend of mine and author the book, Black Light Shining. Cedric graduated from Georgia College and State University with a BA of Philosophy and Liberal Studies. Currently, He works as an Educational Program Specialist at Georgia State University. He is one of the most hard-working people that I know and continuously does excellent deeds for others.

Within this episode, we talk about some experience that he had to face growing up, some hurdles that were challenging but grew from it, and how positivity during the times of suffering. Cedric discusses hard topics, and it will make you see things from a different perspective, including Ahmaud Arbery case in Georgia, Black Lives Matter, and mental health.
