Back when I got out of prison for the final time, I made a commitment to myself of how I was going to live my life from that point. 

I decided I would never do anything in the dark that I would be ashamed of if it was brought to life. 

This is a mindset that has served me well. 

It's bolstered my level of integrity. 

If you're hanging out at strip clubs, doing drugs, drinking, and turning around and doing everything in your power to keep people from finding out, you're out of alignment. 

Those are usually the same people that really fool people into believing they're upstanding citizens, God-fearing, and fathers of the year.

In business, if you're cutting corners and doing shady deals, not honoring your word, but want people to believe you're the next Warren Buffet, you're out of alignment. 

One thing I can tell you about living the same in the dark as you do in the light is, you sleep better. 

Your relationships are better.

You have more credibility with people you do business with. 

People in your life will respect you more and you'll come to find you start attracting the same type of person you are. 

It's that simple. 

What you do in the dark comes to light. 

You always have a choice.
