When people talk about high school, they usually focus on grades, classes, and college preparation. But many of the most important lessons had nothing to do with what was written on a whiteboard.

In this episode, I reflect on the things high school actually taught me. Lessons about people, pressure, discipline, disappointment, and personal growth. Some of these lessons were difficult to learn in the moment, but they shaped the way I see myself and the world around me.

This conversation is an honest reflection on what it really feels like to grow up during these years and the kinds of lessons that stay with you long after the assignments and exams are forgotten.
