I discuss ow to build longevity into your productivity levels throughout the day and using training tips for running in life to achieve more in shorter lengths of time and give yourself plenty of rest. 
And also how to manage and conserve your energy while still being productive. 

These are all essential tools I've used through building my business, being a full time student and a full time sole parent, while ensuring I felt rested, had plenty of leisure time, and was super productive.
