Welcome to Things We Say in Therapy, a podcast where we deep dive into things that need to be spoken about and reflected on in order for us to thrive. 

This is a mental health, psychology and self-growth podcast that goes beyond the basics, like why shame feels so heavy, why self-compassion is so difficult, and how to navigate difficult areas of the relationship you have with yourself and others. We will chat about the lesser-known corners of mental health, and deep dive further into the topics you may already know of.
