Welcome to another one of my rambles. There's very little that embarrasses me now (apart from one thing which I speak about in this episode). And I think this has come from gaining complete security & confidence within myself to the point I no longer care as much what people think of me. You either like me or you don't. But not a lot of women have that security in themselves... and this is one of the reasons I do what I do. To help more women feel empowered, in control and confident AF being authentically themselves. Enjoy.
