This episode is about doing things that brighten up your day and help you get through hard times. Today is the anniversary of my mother’s death and I needed an extra boost to push me through the pain and sadness. I don’t like to allow myself to feel down so I force myself to do productive things that help me process my pain in a different way other than just closing up within myself and feeling sorry for myself. I like to take control of my emotions and let them take their course ima much healthier and insightful way. Today I made this podcast, which helps me clear my mind as I help others cope. I hung out with my step mom and took some time with our plants. I hanged out with my outdoor cats for a while and gave them love. I played with my indoor cats and made them run around a while. I had some tea and chocolate cake. I listened to some jazzy soft music. I took a long hot relaxing shower that made me feel calm and relaxed. I also just received Kianu Reeves CBD oil which I will try shortly to relax and destress. Maybe that will finish my day and inspire some art work or a good read. But over all today has been peaceful, healing and full of acceptance. Thank you for listening along to my podcasts.
