Happiness and success differs from person to person. What made others happy might not make you happy so don't listen to the frameworks out there. Your success has its own metrics. So follow them and reach them. When someone says work hard don't do it because it looks good do it if you feel that is gonna bring you happiness. Question everything, even the things you feel as fundamental.
