Think about “the end” to power your now
On a transformation journey people are so good Monday-Thursday, but when Friday throughout the weekend hits you suck!
This journey is about being as consistent as we can.
If you lack the mindfulness to be so tight during the week, and too loose
During the weekend you will get nowhere.
Transformations are not supposed to be perfect, but use this week to get better.
Now this topic most people don’t talk about.
Everyone is going to die one day.
It is scary to think about, maybe even a bit uncomfortable to a degree.
What I am getting at is those who leverage death tend to win..
If death scares you, comment me below???
Stop letting death paralyze us, and use it as motivation to create action.
Take ownership to use our time wisely.
Death is part of life, I have cheated death 3 times, and I confronted it.
What kind of life do I want to live?
What kind of legacy do I want to leave behind?
There is something so powerful with acting out of purpose, and being intentional,
Without drifting through life and hoping for the best.
Like everyday I am acting with purpose..
So how can you all leverage this concept to your advantage….
Acknowledge and embrace how short life is, and make the best of our time.
There is not a single person here who has a lot of time.
Time is the most precious thing in the universe.
Guys anyone i look up to has a baseline for their own health.
The template and start point is health.
You only have one body, but yet people take investments into your house and
Decorate the interior of your house.
Loosing weight and taking control of your life is the same things as having a nice
House to show people your house is nice to make you feel better about
Yourself.
It is the same thing.
But the body is far more important!!
Maybe you have started and failed, maybe you just are overweight and you have
Become a victim of your circumstances.
But the truth here is you have the power..
You can get a gym membership, eat better, and get a coach.
Create a plan of action.
This is how you take ownership, and take control of your state.
For me I hate when things are happening for me, rather than me change what I am doing to
Change the outcome.
So you need to take ownership of the good and the bad and that is how you
No longer are they victims of circumstance.
You are active, and taking action for your future.
When you struggle with some type of mental illness, if you seek help, if you
Take ownership of your triggers you can change too.
If it’s medication, if its gym time this is taking ownership, you have the willingness to try again.
This is the key..
I help clients get clients unstuck by simply stopping clients from playing victim,
And get them to let go of the depression.
And create NEW identities.
This is very difficult to break if you stay committed, but if you seek help and
Support from others that is key.
This is why I have my community within my coaching app, and this facebook group.
People who enjoy fitness, leverage help.
If you feel alone, join my gym or my coaching where people are heard and you can
Grow into.
These systems are giving your ability to take ownership and action.
