In this episode I discuss the long term effects that impacts our ability to reach our goals, what ever they may be. Way to often we give our selves the impossible time limits to reach a goal and we forget that we have not yet developed the habits that are required to reach and maintain the goal. In this episode I talk about the long term effect, how to implement and be successful with this approach. If you want to live a happier, healthier and wealthier life you must first changed the habits that will produce a long term effect. The long term effects will happen regardless, the important part is taking the wheel and deciding if the effects will be positive or negative.
