Always having a passion for helping people, one afternoon while channel surfing, Bearj navigated to PBS where he heard the now World Renown Motivational Speaker, Les Brown. Mesmerized by Les’ words and delivery, he knew he had found his passion. So he immediately changed his teaching style, using music as a vehicle to inspire his students to success. Many years later, after studying with Les Brown, one of the world’s best motivational speakers, he made the decision to pursue speaking full-time.
