I hope that you didn't see the P word - purge, and it worried you. I mean, there was an entire movie about purging and (spoiler alert), they weren't purging clothes or paper. What I want you to think about when you hear ME say the word purge in this episode is purging things for clarity, peace and freedom.

Because of a few past scenarios in my life, I find myself being a regular purger. It helps to provide mental and physical space in my life to actually think creatively and get things done.
