Welcome to Think Fit, a podcast hosted by Tim & Robo, two guys who have lost a combined weight of nearly 100kgs! On our first ever episode we wanted to give a brief introduction to ourselves outlining why we put on weight, when we realised we needed to make a healthy change and how we lost our weight. We outline our plans for how the show will work in the future and the weight loss and fitness topics we want to discuss in the future.
