It's easy to see athletes, actors, models or people at the beach in great shape and think they must be really healthy. The truth of the matter is though, often, being fit doesn't mean that you are healthy. This week we discuss some of the unknown side-effects of pursuing fitness including training addition, hormonal imbalances and the impacts they can have on both men and women as well as heart problems. We have a question about dealing with emotional eating (which we plan on doing a whole episode on) and discuss the five best ways to lose weight in Winter (apparently.)
