All great stories have a beginning and that is the topic this week, getting started. Tim and Robo give their thoughts on ways to start your own weight loss or fitness journey. The elusive 'weight-loss secret' is revealed (it really isn't that big a secret) and reasons why people may fail when they want to get in shape. There are tips for starting to exercise, the do's and don'ts, as well as some diet hacks and tricks that beginners may find useful and ideas about how to stay motivated.
