This week we are joined by Brett Robbo. Brett has a history in high performance sport spending a lot of time working with both able bodied and para athletes. Working with people who have faced and overcome extreme obstacles has given Brett insight into how people can manage and overcome adversity. In addition, Brett has had his share of adversity too which saw him completely re-evaluate his approach to life and pursue a career in mental strength and helping others become the best versions of themselves.
