Losing weight can be hard to do at the best of times and even harder when you are trying to do it by yourself! This week we talk about who the people are that can and should help you on your fitness journey. We give some criteria about what to look for when choosing a coach, trainer or supporter. We also look at who are the best people to help you fix your diet and eating. As always, we found some great fitness headlines to discuss and even managed to answer a couple of questions.

We got to record this episode in person instead of over the inter webs this week and both had a lot of fun doing it!
