What would you do to stay in shape if you couldn't train? The biggest hurdles would be changing diet, losing routine and motivation. We then discuss the changes we would make. We would make an extra effort to spend time with health professionals. We talk about making the best use of the extra time, using the time to eat properly and prepare our food and other changes we would make to our diet. We would look at what we do for work and how we might need to change it to stay healthy and much much more.
