This week we talk about ways you can allow yourself to be happy. We talk about the importance of contentment, being responsible for your own happiness, not needing to make everyone else happy and the fact that it is absolutely ok to not always be happy! We also experience a Think Fit first this week! Tim has finally said something so bad that we had to beep it out! This was a hard episode to record but we think there is some really good stuff in it this week.
