Surely we have all fallen for some of the myths about fitness or weight loss at one time or another. With so much contradicting information out there, how couldn't you! This week we call bullshit on some of the biggest myths in fitness and give you the truth in the simplest terms possible. We look at things like if doing sit ups will get you  a six pack (it won't) or if you can lose weight off specific spots on your body (you can't). We also talk about a phenomena we had only recently heard of called 'pregorexia' - pregnant women suffering body image issues. Finally we answer a listener question about cramping.
