This week we talk about all the ways fear can limit your ability to be healthy. We look at the more obvious fears like fear of failure, judgement and fear of letting people down. But what about the fear of success, honesty or hard work? These can all prevent people from making those first big steps towards healthier choices. What about when fear can be a good thing. Using fear as a motivator, fear as accountability or accepting that being afraid of what other people think of you will set you free.
