Change is something often spoken about but difficult to enact. This week we talk about how things have finally clicked for both of us in the last few weeks. We are both losing weight, exercising and eating well. We talk about how through our experience we have gotten better at working through this process and the benefits as a result of it. We talk about how we have the confidence in ourselves to get our health back on track because we have done it before.
