This series is designed to begin the challenge to our church of the importance of having a Leadership Pipeline, which requires every person to have a personal goal of developing leaders themselves. The idea of Hero Maker is that as Christians we are to humble ourselves and train others. A metaphor would be "to build platforms for other people."
