Obsession, something I find myself having a lot of, when it comes to professions of focus, in that timeframe.
.
If you are finding yourself easily distracted from doing the required and “unrequired” you probably aren’t obsessed. Although obsession can be argued of its necessity, you can’t argue it’s need if you want to be one of the greats.
.
Part of being obsessed is analyzing every aspect of your being, and making sure it’s optimal for growth as a practitioner and as a leader if you are at that level.
