I’ve said this a 1000 times… the fastest track to your goals is to hang with other people who have already achieved them.

Louie Simmons the greatest strength coach in the world used to say it like this. If you train with normal people you get normal results… but if you train with crazy people, well… you get crazy results. 

Its a good thing to every 6 months do a friend inventory and see who you need to cut out… move away from, quit spending time with them etc…
