"Actions speak louder than words". That's what our guest, Zuby, believes.
Zuby is a rapper, author of the fitness book, ‘Strong Advice’, and has risen to prominence online thanks to his unique perspectives on subjects some might find contentious. For example, you may already be aware of him after his infamous deadlifting video went viral, in which he claimed to identify as a woman, but only for the duration of the five-second lift.
During this conversation, we ended up talking about more philosophical issues: the difference between good faith and bad faith discourse, miscomprehension or misinterpretation, the value of money - or people’s misplacement in its importance, and religion.
I could have spoken to him for hours, which would have given us the opportunity to challenge each other’s ideas more… but with a limited amount of time, it felt right just to let Zuby air his thoughts and muse aloud. Zuby was extremely generous with his time, and I really appreciate the opportunity to pick his brain – I really hope you enjoy it, too. - Jamie
