Take Your Clinical/Administrative Knowledge One Step Beyond
I’ve always wanted to be a teacher. I can remember lining my teddy bears up against the wall and I would play school for hours and hours. My favorite part was grading the pretend papers and handing out heavy disciplinary actions. Fast forward about 10 years, trying to decide what I was going to do with my life. At age 17 it seems inconceivable that a child could make that decision. All I knew for sure was that I was not going to college, thus my dream of being a teacher was just that, a dream. Fast forward 25 years, I took the long route; x-ray school, undergrad, and ultimately earning my graduate degree in Education with an emphasis in administration and leadership. I’m a passionate educator that loves teaching, sharing, learning, and networking. I seek out opportunities to mentor other educators and help them to elevate into prosperous EduPrenuers.
T. Foster & Associates Education Consultants and Trainers was founded on my desire to truly fix what’s wrong with our system one school at a time, one student at a time, one educator at a time. We work along with educators, administrators, parents, and students to address concerns by devising real-life, strategic plans that result in positive outcomes. T. Foster does more than just provide guidance. We provide hope, we solve problems, and in some cases, we make dreams come true.
Being an education consultant allows me to use my diverse skill set as an educator and administrator to service our immediate community, cross national boundaries, and explore the possibilities of how this world can unify through education. I look forward to working with other educators and learning institutions to create the change you desire.
