I thought I'd share something about this idea of father, since it's Father's Day tomorrow. A tricky subject to get a handle on. There's so much patriarchy and other stuff tied into the word, but below the surface there is still for me a powerful template that shapes and forms and reforms my psyche every day. Father and Mother are templates in my soul. They are where I find my balance. The come to the surface in real people but the deeper layers of my mind are where they are to be found in their deepest manifestation. I live at the mouth of the cave, with air and  light,  but  at the back of the cave, the father and mother are always there. Stay safe. Talk tomorrow again in the morning. A big meditation on that very  big father-papa-man in Rome known as the Pope. That's tomorrow.
