Just a couple hour flight south from Texas, or a 6-hour drive north from Puerto Vallarta, the beaches and city of Mazatlan have got it all, especially for Expats.

Around 50% of the population here speaks fluent english and is the first to say hello. No obnoxious tourists here since there is a very respectful attitude in the air here, with helpful, resourceful, family friendly vibes to help you get situated and find everything you could ever want and more.

Rent rates right in the center of town are under $1000 USD per month for a 2-bedroom with well-lit streets as you can see in the video. Monthly electric bill here runs us about $30 and food is super cheap with many choices.
