How do you build a personal brand that attracts the right clients without making content your full-time job?
In this episode of Thinking Out Loud with Full Potential Club, Sierra Drummond, marketing coach and founder of the Self-Made Method, shares her perspective on personal branding for women entrepreneurs, authentic content creation, and relationship-led marketing.
After comparing her own approach to another content coach, Sierra has a realization about what makes her marketing philosophy different: building a successful personal brand isn’t about going viral, chasing the algorithm, or constantly creating scroll-stopping content. It’s about understanding what makes you exceptional and learning to communicate that value to the people who need your services.
In this episode, we explore:
* How to build a personal brand that reflects who you are
* Why your values, strengths, and unique perspective matter in marketing
* The difference between content creation and a complete marketing strategy
* How relationship-led marketing and genuine conversations help you connect with potential clients
* Why posting consistently isn’t enough without engagement and relationship building
* How to create a sustainable Instagram content strategy without spending hours online
* Why you don’t need to be an expert with all the answers to be a great coach
If you’re a woman entrepreneur ready to attract aligned clients, strengthen your personal brand, and build a marketing strategy that supports the life you’re creating, this episode is for you.
Ready to build a brand around what makes you exceptional? Send Sierra a DM to learn more about the Self-Made Method.

What does it actually mean to be a high-quality woman?
It’s not about how much money you make, the brands you wear, or how your life looks on social media. It’s about the standards you set for yourself, the intention behind your decisions, and the willingness to put time and energy into the things that genuinely matter to you.
In this episode of Thinking Aloud by Full Potential Club, I’m exploring what it means to live a high-quality life on your own terms. From upgrading your home and being more intentional with your routines to improving your workouts, relationships, rest, and the way you show up in your business, we’re talking about the value of slowing down and actually caring about the things you’re building.
Because in a world that’s constantly trying to help us save time, there’s something powerful about choosing to invest more of it in the things that make life meaningful.
In this episode, we’ll explore:
* What being a high-quality woman actually means (and why you get to define it for yourself)
* Why intentionality matters more than luxury or appearances
* How your personal standards influence your daily habits, routines, and relationships
* The difference between simply getting things done and doing them well
* How to bring more intention into your content, marketing, and business
* Why quality rest, self-care, and slowing down deserve more attention
* A simple journaling exercise to identify what a high-quality life looks like for you and take action this week
Your takeaway: You don’t need to overhaul your entire life. Start by identifying one area where you could be a little more intentional and decide what doing it well would look like for you.

What if the life you want requires you to play the long game?
In this episode of Thinking Out Loud, I’m talking about what it actually means to commit to the long-term games that create the business, body, relationships, and life you want.
When you’re unhappy with where you are, it’s so easy to want the quickest possible fix. I’ve been there. But whether you’re building a business, changing your habits, getting stronger, or stepping into a new identity, the tiny decisions you make every day eventually compound into the life you’re living.
I’m sharing what I’ve learned about accepting the process instead of fighting it, deciding what actually matters to you, and becoming the woman who can hold the outcome she says she wants.
Because you can visualize your 10x self all day long, but at some point, you have to start making decisions as her.
If you’re building something right now and wondering whether you’re willing to play the long-term game, this episode is for you.

What if you stopped taking everything so seriously?
In this episode of Thinking Out Loud, I’m talking about something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately: having more fun.
After my sister asked me what my biggest goal was for this next year of my life, my answer surprised me: I just want to enjoy myself more. Play more. Laugh more. Stop making everything feel so urgent.
As entrepreneurs, it’s so easy to get caught up in the goals, the numbers, the next level, the productivity, and the constant pressure to become “better.” But somewhere along the way, we can forget to actually enjoy the life we’re building.
I’m talking about:
* Why your life being “fun” is actually your responsibility as an adult
* The constant cycle of chasing the next goal and why the goalpost never really stops moving
* Gratitude as a way to zoom out and recognize the life you’re already living
* Why silence and less stimulation can help you actually see what’s in front of you
* The impact of constantly switching tabs, checking your phone, consuming content, and filling every quiet moment
* Why doing less, but doing it better, can completely change the way you show up in your business
* And why having accountability and community can help you actually follow through on the things you say matter to you
Because building your business and becoming your 10x self doesn’t have to mean being serious 24/7.
Maybe the next level of your life actually has a little more play in it.
If this episode resonates and you’re ready to build your business while also becoming the woman who trusts herself, follows through, and actually enjoys the process, The Self-Made Method is open for applications.
Applications close September 23rd for our October 7th kickoff. Apply here.
What if you stopped asking, “Is this working yet?” and started asking, “Is this something I’m willing to work on for 10 years?”
In this episode of Thinking Out Loud, I’m talking about the long game of entrepreneurship, why finding work you genuinely love matters, and how much can change when you commit to a project without requiring it to look the same forever.
I’m sharing how Full Potential Club and Sierra Kennedy Content have evolved over the years, why your business is allowed to change as you do, and what I’ve learned about staying committed through the pivots, slower seasons, experiments, and inevitable moments of doubt.
Because building something you love isn’t about having the perfect plan from day one. It’s about being willing to keep taking the reps, learning, adapting, and becoming the person who figures it out.
If you’re questioning whether your business is working, wondering if you should quit, or simply trying to build something that you can still be proud of 10 years from now, this episode is for you.

MY BUSINESSES ARE HAVING A BABYYYYY💗💙
Today on Thinking Out Loud, I’m officially introducing The Self-Made Method, and explaining why I decided to bring my two businesses, Full Potential Club and Sierra Kennedy Content, together under one roof.
THE BACKSTORYYY.
For the last few years, I’ve been running marketing coaching alongside Full Potential Club, a community and forum for women entrepreneurs. And while both have always been rooted in helping women build businesses they’re proud of, I kept seeing the same thing: you can’t separate the business from the person building it.
Your marketing matters. Your strategy matters. Your systems matter. But so do your identity, your habits, your capacity, your confidence, your relationships, and the way you actually want to spend your life.
So I built The Self-Made Method to bring all of it together.
In this episode, I’m talking about:
* Why I stopped keeping my marketing tools and resources separate from the Full Potential Club community
* What my clients have taught me about the connection between marketing, business strategy, identity, and capacity
* Why community and long-term support matter so much when you’re trying to create real change
* What it actually means to build a business around the life you want (rather than building your life around your business)
* What’s inside The Self-Made Method, including self-led learning, live coaching, forums, community, accountability, habit tracking, and your 12-month roadmap
* And the question I want you to ask yourself: Where do you want to be 12 months from now?
If you’re tired of starting over every Monday, breaking promises to yourself, winging your marketing, or trying to figure everything out alone, this episode is for you.

Okay, this one’s personal.
From January to August, I didn’t drink. Not because I had some big announcement or a label for it, mostly because my hangovers would send me into a FULLLL spiral.
Mean thoughts, guilt, self-doubt. And when you’re building a business, that spiral is genuinely destructive.
Then August came. The cabin. All my friends. And I made a conscious, intentional decision to have a few drinks- and NOT blow up my entire sense of self over it.
This episode is about what happened when I finally stopped negotiating with myself and just… decided. The McDonald’s on the drive home. Getting back to my desk at 9am Tuesday. Tracking my food. Moving on.
And why none of that felt like failure this time.
We’re talking about:
* Seven months of not drinking and the identity spiral that came with it
* What self-trust actually looks like in real life (not the aesthetic version)
* Why ambitious women are the hardest on themselves when they’re “off”
* The difference between reactive choices and intentional ones
* How your relationship with yourself directly impacts your business
The goal was never to be perfect. It’s to stop making yourself pay for being human.
If this resonates - I want you to know that everything I talked about today, the mindset work, the identity shifts, the self-trust tools, I didn’t figure this out alone.
I’m launching something this September built around exactly this. A space for women who want to do the inner work and build the business.
DM me on Instagram to be the first to hear about it when doors open September 2.

today’s episode is about something i’ve literally said to two different clients in the same day this week: “i’m so busy, life is pulling me in every direction, and my business is on the back burner.” honestly? relatable.
in this episode i’m talking about your “floor” aka, the bare minimum version of your non-negotiables that you can still hit even when everything is chaotic. i use the example of brushing your teeth because you literally always do it, no matter how busy you are, and i think our business habits need to feel that automatic too.
i also share a convo i had with one of my marketing coaching clients where we realized she was spending a full day a week on content without even realizing it, and how we shrunk that down for her busier weeks.
if you’re a woman entrepreneur juggling business + client work + an actual full life outside of it, this one’s for you. we’re talking consistency, non-negotiables, and how to build a routine that doesn’t fall apart the second things get hard.
topics: business consistency, habits for entrepreneurs, women in business, content batching, sustainable routines, identity-based habits
want to know what’s coming this fall with full potential club? dm me “self made” and i’ll send you the info on how to become the woman who shows up for her goals no matter what life throws at her.
Sierra shares a personal story about walking away from a high-level coaching session more confused than clarified, and unpacks the research behind passive social media scrolling and social comparison.
You’ll learn her 3-step framework for using coaches, mentors, and even AI tools without losing your own vision in the process.
If you’re a solo business owner or woman entrepreneur who feels isolated chasing big goals, this episode will help you build self-trust, cut through content noise, and get clear on what success actually looks like for you.
Topics covered: comparison trap, self-trust for entrepreneurs, marketing overwhelm, women in business, social media comparison research, coaching vs. self-sourcing

This one came from a realization I had at the gym, of all places.
I used to tell myself tomorrow’s the day I lock in. Tomorrow I’ll eat well, work out, feel better. And I kept waiting for the version of me who had it all figured out to just... show up.
What I didn’t want to accept? That the life I was picturing came with a version of me I hadn’t become yet.
In this episode I’m thinking out loud about what it actually means to accept the long-term game.. in your fitness, your business, your relationships, your community. Not in a hustle-harder way. More like a honest-conversation-with-yourself way.
Because nobody just wakes up with the business, the body, the community, the life. They just decided (earlier than you) that they were willing to become the person it takes to hold it.
Today we’re talking about:
* Why “I’ll start tomorrow” keeps you stuck in the same place
* What it actually means to accept the long-term version of your goal
* How this applies to your business, your marketing, your fitness, and your relationships
* The moment I finally stopped waiting and started showing up, even when it was uncomfortable
If you’ve ever looked at someone who has what you want and thought what do they have that I don’t, this episode is your answer. (Spoiler: nothing. They just decided.)
Drop a comment or send me a message if this one lands. I genuinely love knowing who’s on the other side of this.
