This episode was born out of a discussion I had with a small business owner who had a hard time finding balance in wanting to be inclusive to Neurodivergent talent but didn't want to spend a penny more than he already is as would exceed the business budget in operations and profits.

I break down the merits of that discussion and provide my thoughts on how inclusion starts before you spend a penny.
