Earlier this week, the SACP reiterated its opposition to granting the murderer of its former General Secretary Chris Hani parole. Janus Walusz took his parole application to the Constitutional Court earlier today. He wanted the apex court to overturn Justice Minister Ronald Lamola's refusal to grant him parole last year. The SACP’s Dr Alex Mashilo maintains that Walusz has refused to tell the whole truth on the events leading to Hani's killing thus disqualifying him for parole. This did not go down well with one of our caller Rex in Lydenburg who requested that Dr Mashilo gives clarity on his position. Dr Mashilo has agreed and now joins us on the line….
