A law firm in Gqeberha has been ordered to pay damages to one of their former clients. The client sustained injuries after being shot in the face by a police officer in 2008. According to reports, the client approached a law firm to sue the police, but they did not file the claim in time. He then went to a second firm applying to sue the first firm. The High Court then ruled in his favour.
