Last week Friday, Retired deputy chief justice Dikgang Moseneke was speaking at a fundraising function organised by the South African National Editors Forum where he spoke of the state of the country. He described how government has failed the people on the ground and in the process betrayed the struggle against apartheid. He goes on to say that they have failed to empower the masses.
