Last week cchairperson of South Africa's Commission on State Capture expressed his dismay and shock at the level of corruption around Personal Protective Equipment, while the country is still investigating allegation into state capture. He was speaking during the testimony of former ANC MP Vincent Smith whom the commission heard that he got money from BOSASA for his daughter's university fees disguised as a settlement for a car accident last week.
