We speak now to Dr Ntsikelelo Breakfast who is with the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. He and his colleagues have compiled a report looking into political apathy among students. The research which was conducted among students at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University revealed that young people have no interest in politics. This may not give us a national picture, but very worrying. What should we read into this finding?
