The South African Post Office is again in the news for financial reasons. This time around they have reportedly not been able to pay worker’s medical aid. The other worry is that people’s pension could also be affected. Spokesperson Johan Kruger says that the post office started seeing reduction in revenue during the Covid-19 lockdown. He goes on to say that the revenue levels have still not recovered. What then is the way forward for the post office?
