Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula has issued a stern warning to South African motorists who drink and drive - saying amendments to the law will bite them hard. The minister has called for a review of alcohol laws in light of crashes and arrests involving drunk drivers since South Africa entered level two of the lockdown. Mbalula says his department submitted the National Road Traffic Amendment Bill to Parliament and it will be signed in to law by December. Let’s listen to what he said yesterday…
