In this episode we talk about tools to develop your identity and purpose, how to think better and handle stress, anger, vulnerability, and relationships over time. My guest is Michael Soto, a former United States Marine and an active volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician in his home town. He holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling, certifications in Critical Incident Stress Management, is a Certified Trauma Professional, and a Certified Family Trauma Professional. He works with individuals, couples, and families and is an expert on the topics of stress, trauma, and mental toughness. He is dedicated to helping others improve their lives through education, insight, and change. He loves music, martial arts, and his Harley motorcycle (which he has not had out for a ride in over 3 years - he's been working too hard). This interview is packed with ideas and tools and was especially fun for me since I am a former firefighter.
