Thanks again to my favourite ever buddhist monk Ajahn Brahm, i love his stories and I share one of mine here about 'thinking vs. doing'. 

It is much worse to think about your kids bickering than to actually listen to it.  why ? because your thinking sucks! well at least mine did when i was thinking about it.
