Third Eye Awakening

In this episode of the Third Eye Awakening podcast, I’m sitting down with Tracy Montgomery!

Tracy is an Ascension Guide and Frequency Anchor for Whole & Holy Women.

She leads high-achieving, spiritually attuned women through identity death, divine remembrance, and frequency recalibration—so they no longer perform their power, but embody it.

Rooted in energetic mastery and sacred disruption, Tracy’s work isn’t about teaching more concepts. It’s about returning. Returning to the body. To truth. To wholeness. To the field.

Through channeled transmissions, energetic attunements, and field-led mentorship, she activates the remembrance encoded in your cells—and holds space for the reclamation of your power, pleasure, and presence.

She doesn’t offer strategy. She offers spiritual precision.

This is not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about resurrecting what’s true.

In this episode Tracy and I dive into:

-Tracy’s journey into spirituality

-understanding Spiritual Response Technique

-the coaching industry, content formats, & entrepreneurship

-the influence of past lives on current relationships

-cult dynamics in spiritual communities

-personal responsibility & energy management in social media & marketing

-spiritual healing & subconscious work

…and so much more!

In this episode of the Third Eye Awakening podcast, I’m sitting down with my friend Amy Chasse!

A seeker at heart, Amy’s  spiritual curiosity was sparked early - thanks to her grandmother, who introduced her to astrology as a child. Over the years, that spark evolved into a deep and devoted practice rooted in yoga, energy work, and intuitive healing.

Amy is grateful to be an Akashic Records Reader and Reiki Master Teacher Trainer, and has also studied a wide range of healing modalities with teachers across the U.S., New Zealand, and Canada - including inner child and womb regressions, past life and between-life work, and future self meditation. This range of work has helped Amy so much on her healing journey that she is humbled and honored to share her magic to help others heal as well.

In this episode Amy and I dive into:

-Amy’s spiritual journey

- from her Catholic roots and choir participation to exploring diverse spiritual practices like Reiki and Tarot

-creation of The Akashic Sisters

-integrating movement into spiritual modalities-spiritual growth and the coexistence of spirituality and religion

-sharing genuine energy and experiences

In this episode of the Third Eye Awakening podcast, I’m sitting down with my friend Colleen Schwarz!

Colleen has always felt a deep connection to the unseen—drawn to the supernatural, questioning the nature of existence, and moving through life with the heightened sensitivity of an empath. From a young age, she struggled with feeling different and carrying the weight of depression. Despite years of seeking help through traditional therapy, healing always felt just out of reach.

Everything changed in 2023, after the heartbreaking loss of her son. In her search for peace, Colleen experienced a life-altering Akashic Records reading. In that sacred space, she felt seen, held, and profoundly transformed. It was more than healing—it was a homecoming to her soul.

That single session brought her more clarity, comfort, and self-remembrance than years of therapy ever had. It ignited a fire within her—a calling to guide others back to the truth of who they are.

Now, Colleen is dedicated to helping others remember their light, their worth, and the divine beauty they carry within. She holds space with compassion, wisdom, and the deep knowing that healing is possible, even in our darkest hours.

In this episode Colleen and I dive into:

-Colleen’s spiritual awakening

-her journey through grief, struggles with depression & the limitations of traditional therapy

- the pivotal Akashic Records reading that provided her with profound healing and clarity

-Colleen’s pregnancy, birth experience, & frustrations with the medical community's approach to childbirth

-connections between souls & maintaining connections with those that have passed

…and so much more!
