The events leading up to Jan 6th have resulted in Trump's third indictment for, among other charges, conspiracy to defraud the United States. The only guardrails that we have against another assault on our democracy aren't the courts, but the ballot box. Trump must be soundly defeated in 2024 . It's the only way he will never get near the presidency again. It's America or Trump; you can't have both.
