It's the second episode of our new series and we're switching to English for this one. I had the pleasure of talking and learning from Conor Delahunty. Conor, who - as he says - stumbled into being a designer, has been a friend and a collaborator for a few years now.

Our conversation has two focal points: Design and Responsibility. Conor has been helping us on two different projects and in both his ability as a designer differed quite a lot from the cliché of someone who just uses Photoshop. So what is a designer and how can the discipline help us create organizations that are aware of their responsibilities?
